Mel Fergenbaum, National Instructor – Mel has been involved in the human potential field since 1977 as a student and an instructor and is certified to teach several relationship courses and workshops where he has experienced a wide range of teaching and learning techniques. All of his personal experiences in getting to this place in his life have enriched him and enabled him to assist students in pursuit of their goals.

Mel has a varied business background and since 1978 has been a self-employed corporate trainer.

Mel brings the experience of having created and maintained a loving relationship for 50 years until his wife passed away in March 2006. Mel has 3 children and 3 grandchildren and is in a loving & committed relationship with his partner Lynda.

In her programs, and working one-on-one, she translates the sometimes lofty ideas of the world’s great teachers into practical principles that anyone can use to improve their lives.


 Journey to Your Soul’s Magnificence – What a Difference a Year Makes Pamela Dunn teaches and lectures today throughout the United States in South America and Europe. Pam’s teachings are based on the belief that everyone can discover, honor and express their unique contribution in the world with the intention of unleashing their magnificence. Once that magnificence is unleashed, you can express yourself in a self reliant, interdependent manner. She teaches within corporations, schools, and the public and has done extensive work for the City of St. Louis’ Juvenile Justice System. Pam created the Peaceful Project, a non-profit division of Your Infinite Life and a program guiding individuals to develop and maintain inner peace and personal responsibility.
Ms. Dunn has authored Journey to Your Soul’s Magnificence – What a Difference a Year Makes, published by Nightingale-Conant. She is currently working on her second book, All You Have to Do is Look Inside – an end to the bully AND the victim due to be released in 2012.
Pamela Dunn is the owner and president of Your Infinite Life Training & Coaching Company,www.YourInfiniteLifeOnline.com . Your Infinite Life assists people in discovering, honoring and expressing their unique contribution in the world – their magnificence. Pamela has been involved in this industry for over 20 years. Her corporate background has been in the area of executive development with experience in the banking, service and retail industries. She also has extensive experience with sports teams and coaches.
Pamela recently graduated with a Doctor of Divinity.
Pam resides in St. Louis with her three sons.


 co-founder of the Anam Cara Foundation Wendy Lynn Nethersole, co-founder of the Anam Cara Foundation, is a teacher, intuitive healer, spiritual counselor, and artist with a passionate desire to inspire all those searching for an authentic life; a life of peace and joy. These choices come from the heart as we learn to follow and express our creative dreams. As a certified practitioner in several healing modalities, Wendy offers an integrated approach to her intuitive healing sessions. Wendy also enjoys creating art to inspire the soul.

Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree in Psychology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She holds a Bachelor and Masters of Divinity degree from the Universal Brotherhood University, and is an ordained minister of the Universal Brotherhood Movement.
Wendy and Jay reside in the mountains of western North Carolina.


Jay Alan Whitham, co-founder of The Anam Cara Foundation, has been a seeker of Truth since childhood when he began exploring various religions and their teachings at the age of ten. By age 16 he moved away from organized religion to embrace a pursuit of Spiritual Truth and Ageless Wisdom. A lifetime spent seeking deeper knowledge of Higher Self and the Universe, combined with an immense strength forged in meeting extraordinary life challenges, allows Jay to bring great love, compassion, wisdom, intuitive gifts, and gentleness to his work as a teacher, healer, facilitator and spiritual counselor. Jay is an energy healer trained in several powerful modalities, holds a Master of Divinity degree, and is an ordained minister of The Universal Brotherhood Movement. He is a Reiki Master and Certified Past Life Soul Regression Therapist. Jay is also a lifelong professional musician, songwriter, and performer and is constantly looking for new ways to infuse his passion for music into all aspects of his life and work.


 Personal Growth Instructor Lynda Saffell has been a student in the area of personal growth for more than 20 years and has a passion for counseling and helping others reach their highest potential. As a skilled fitness instructor and massage therapist, Lynda is known for her warmth, insight, humor, and understanding of people.
An RYL grad of 2000, she has been active with the course for couples both as a student and also as an instructor assistant. As co-author of RYL for Couples, Lynda brings her experiences from past relationships to help couples build loving and supporting partnerships. From swingin’ singles, to married life, to single parenting and dating, her varied life experiences enable her to relate to all walks of life.
Lynda is the mother of teens Brandy and Billy Saffell (both RYL grads), and she is in a loving, committed relationship with her teaching partner Mel.


 co-founder of Life on Purpose Marj Swies, co-founder of Life on Purpose – first became involved in personal growth when her best friends, Bill and Kath Kvols Riedler, created a course called Understanding Yourself and Others. She began teaching UYO and other courses in 1982 to individuals and businesses all over the country. Marj and her husband, Skip Swies, formed their own company, Life on Purpose, in 2000 and have been teaching Finding the Father, Life on Purpose and the Power of Team among other courses.
Her approach is taking a serious look at life with a sense of humor. Marj reminds people they are in charge of their life and assists them in getting what they want out of life.


 co-founder of Life on Purpose Skip Swies, co-founder of Life on Purpose – Skip has been teaching personal growth and team building courses nationally since 1982. In 1996 he created the course “Finding The Father”, that has been run in nine cities. In 2000 he and his wife Marj co-founded “Life On Purpose”, a company dedicated to building empowering relationships. He has been married to Marj for 34 years and draws upon that wealth of experience in his teaching. He and Marj have 3 wonderful children and 2 energetic grandchildren.
